Refunds will not be provided for:

• Handmade variations
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Shipping delays
Refunds (full or partial) may be considered only if:
• The item arrives damaged, or
• You receive an incorrect item
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Any refund or replacement decision is made at our sole discretion. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
